OutOfMemory Error Caused By "lookupAllHostAddr" (Doc ID 1419784.1)

Symptoms

On a four-server cluster using unicast for messaging where all the machines are specified by their DNS name, one or two days after the server startup, the "Summary of Servers" page of the administration console displays the health state of the WebLogic Server instance which is not OK, just left blank. The issue occurs even when there is no heavy load and an OutOfMemoryError is found in the server log.
