Forms Recognition Vendor Pool is not Updating Automatically; No Errors Reported (Doc ID 1423622.1)

Symptoms

Vendor Pool is not updating automatically:

  1. Select autoimport Vendor pool in RTS and schedule every minute.
  2. Change "ASA_VL_01_AutoImportOption=ODBC".
  3. Open Verifier after 5 min and search for the new vendor.

No errors are returned in the "H_<RTS Instance>_<date>.log" log file for the RTS instance at the time of the pool import was supposed to occur.
