Forms Recognition Vendor Pool is not Updating Automatically; No Errors Reported

Symptoms
Vendor Pool is not updating automatically:
- Select autoimport Vendor pool in RTS and schedule every minute.
- Change "ASA_VL_01_AutoImportOption=ODBC".
- Open Verifier after 5 min and search for the new vendor.
No errors are returned in the "H_<RTS Instance>_<date>.log" log file for the RTS instance at the time of the pool import was supposed to occur.
