Oracle IRM Desktop - x64 Upgrade fails reporting existing 32-bit installation (Doc ID 1424454.1)

Symptoms

The computer is running a 64-bit Operating System and has an existing x64 Webcenter: Rights Desktop ( IRM Desktop) installed. 

When performing an upgrade to the latest desktop, an error message is displayed that an existing 32-bit installation is already installed and that this should be manually uninstalled before the new installation.

Upgrade to IRM Desktop PS5 release
