Is it supported to publish between different versions of Sites, e.g.

- between major versions such as from 11.1.1.8.0 to 12.2.1.4.0?

- or between patch versions such as from 12.2.1.3.190415 (Patch 3) to 12.2.1.3.190715 (Patch 4)?
