Forms Recognition RTS Stops Processing Batch During Export Step (Doc ID 1429871.1)

Symptoms

Export step is started, but does not complete. RTS is now locked on a batch and must be stopped / started manually.

  1. All batches will fail at the Export step.
  2. All other processes such as Import, OCR, Extract and Classify are performed without issue.
  3. The H_log shows only the batch has started exporting, no other information is recorded. 
  4. The issue remains after replacing the project and ini file with new copies.
  5. A repair of the installation did not resolve the problem.

Changes

The environment was recently upgraded, patch p11813845_101350 and subsequent patches were applied.
