Symptoms


Duplicate Content ID Errors on new documents after migration from Content Server to Webcenter Content 11g.

Now any new documents added to the content server are assigned a Content ID that is already in use by an imported document.

New documents cannot be checked into the target Content Server.

Error Content item 'UCM_451670' was not successfully checked in. The content ID 'UCM_451670' is not unique.
