Comments on Group Space Activity are Replicated when New Members Are Added (Doc ID 1432763.1)

Symptoms

If a comment is added on an activity related to space membership, that comment is replicated when new users are added to a space later on.
The 'Like' on the same activity also gets replicated.


To Reproduce:

1. Login as user weblogic
2. Create a group space called TEST_MEMBER   (http://<host>:8888/webcenter/spaces/TEST_MEMBER)
3. Add the user user01 to the space TEST_MEMBER
4. In the Activity Stream, we see the activity:
      
   
   
   The Activity in step 7 contains the comment that we put in step 5, which is a duplicate.
   
   For all the new users added to the space, the activity "<user> is now a member of the Space" in the Activity Steam contains the duplicated comments.
   
   For example, If we put the "Welcome user01" comment to the activity for user01, when we add the new user called user02, user02 activity will contain the comment "Welcome user01"
