Symptoms

A Forms application fails to start giving a FRM-92101 error. This even happens with when trying to run the test.fmx.

Checking the application log file it shows the following error.
12/03/12 09:12:56 formsweb: Forms session <887> aborted: runtime process failed during startup with errors Unable to switch to Working Directory: C:\<DIRECTORY>\FRHome_2;\forms

Changes

The environment file (eg, default.env) being used has been amended.
