Attaching OWSM Policies In A Cluster Not Working Properly (Doc ID 1435113.1)

Symptoms


In SOA 11.1.1.3, OWSM policies (custom or default) are attached to the web services that are deployed successfully in a cluster. However, these policies are not being executed on any cluster nodes at run time. No error message is being generated. When the policies are attached, it is creating a Plan.xml in the directory where the ear files are, and it has a similar line as the following one:



This particular directory does not exist in the managed nodes. As soon as the path of the config-root is copied to the cluster nodes, policies are getting executed.
