ORA-06502 : When Editing A Large Page Template (Doc ID 1437670.1)

Upon trying to apply changes to a page template whereby the page template is quite large, results in the following error.

This did not occur in the previous 3.2.1 APEX Version. But occurs in APEX 4.x

APEX was upgraded to version 4.1.1
