Symptoms
A specific user in the WebCenter Distributed Capture (formerly Oracle Distributed Document Capture) client receives errors when attempting to login. They are configured for Windows Domain security. The errors appear as:
Error in GetProfilesXMLFile. Method '~' of object '~' failed
and
There was an error retrieving the profile information from the location:
http://:/CLIENTACCESS/SCANPROFILES.Z
