UPGCMP-02205 Error Occurs Using Upgrade Assistant Upgrading to 11g (Doc ID 1439233.1)

Symptoms

The Upgrade Assistant fails when performing an upgrade from Oracle Forms 10gR2 to 11g .

The Upgrade Assistant log ua2012_03_21_17_16_56PM.log shows the following:

[2012-03-21T17:41:02.987+08:00] [Framework] [ERROR] [] [upgrade.Framework] [tid: <TID>] [ecid: <ECID>] UPGCMP-02215: error reading the Oracle Forms Services configuration file /<ORACLE_HOME>/forms/server/formsweb.cfg from the source Oracle home
[2012-03-21T17:41:02.987+08:00] [Framework] [ERROR] [] [upgrade.Framework] [tid: <TID>] [ecid: <ECID>] UPGCMP-02205: invalid or missing Oracle Forms Services configuration file <FILENAME>.env
