Symptoms

When attempting to import the data for the VendorASSA from an Oracle Database, the following error is reported:

ORA-12560: TNS protocol adapter error
  1. Testing the connection in the ODBC Data Source administrator / test connection is successful.
  2. Can connect to the Oracle schema via SQL PLUS and run queries.
  3. Other connection work correctly.

Changes

The System DSN was newly created on the server.
