[MessageQ 5.0 RP48] SEMUME showing incorrect value in dmqivpipc output (Doc ID 1441304.1)

dmqivpipc output SEMUME value is not changing when the kernel value for this setting is increased.

For example, dmqivpipc command is showing the value as 1 even after increasing the SEMUME ICP setting from 512 to 1024.
