"no sapjco3 in java.library.path" and "Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.rt.JCoRuntimeFactory" errors when Running SAP User Reconciliation Task

When running the SAP User Reconciliation Task, the following error appears at first :

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sapjco3 in java.library.path

The error is displayed in the Scheduled Job history.

After a second try another error appeared:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.rt.JCoRuntimeFactory

The LD_LIBRARY_PATH is correctly set.

JDK used is 1.6.0_29, not jrockit.
