"no sapjco3 in java.library.path" and "Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.rt.JCoRuntimeFactory" errors when Running SAP User Reconciliation Task (Doc ID 1442608.1)

Symptoms

When running the SAP User Reconciliation Task, the following error appears at first :

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no sapjco3 in java.library.path



The error is displayed in the Scheduled Job history.

After a second try another error appeared:


java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.sap.conn.jco.rt.JCoRuntimeFactory



The LD_LIBRARY_PATH is correctly set.

JDK used is 1.6.0_29, not jrockit.
