Support policy regarding Global Site Foundation (GSF)

 
The Global Site Foundation (GSF) provides added functionality that is built on top of WebCenter Sites using productized APIs and interfaces.  GSF is developed outside of Oracle and therefore issues related to GSF are outside the regular scope of Oracle Technical Support. Where a deployment of WCS contains GSF, then Support is not automatically revoked. Support for WCS continues as normal, but any issues arising as a result of the presence or use of GSF will not be covered. For assistance with GSF issues please contact the GSF developers at:

Functionality implemented as part of the Global Site Foundation will be considered in future planning of the Oracle WebCenter Sites product roadmap.
