Symptoms

  • RCU fails to load the OID schemas with the following errors in the RCU screen:
  •  The RCU oid.log also contains the same errors

Changes

Oracle Database Server 11.2.0.1+ is certified with FMW 11g (and OID) and have followed the System Requirements Guide as Installation Guide refers to:

The difference here is the 11.2.0.4 Patch Set, which has introduced changes related to default privileges.
