Using ODI To Create Files causes File Permissions To Be Incorrect (Doc ID 1446197.1)

Goal

When you create a file on a Linux/unix O/S in a specific directory you find that the  files are getting created with file permission that are not the same as you think they should be.
For example, the file may have 640 permissions while you think that the file should have  644.

You can be using the
ODIOUTFILE tool
or
ODIOSComand

to create the file
