Goal
When using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) OdiOutFile or OdiOSCommand to create a file on Linux/Unix operating system in a specific directory, you find that the files are getting created with file permission that are not the same as you think they should be.
For example, the file may have 640 permissions while you think that the file should have 644.
