Folios Show Content as Missing After Using Archiver to Import the Folios and Content (Doc ID 1446387.1)

Symptoms

After migrating folios from one WebCenter Content server to another using archiver, some of the child links when clicked display the message "Content Item is Missing". The content item exists when searching for it, and re-adding the content items manually works.
