Goal
When the UCM / IPM server is down, the "Oracle Distributed Document Capture" service continues to attempt committing batches. However when the UCM / IPM server is back up, the batches are stored in Capture and are not recommitted to UCM / IPM. How can these batches that previously failed be recommitted to UCM / IPM from Capture?
