RCU Silent Install of WebCenter Content Schemas (Doc ID 1447688.1)

Goal

WebCenter Content database schemas are created using Repository Creation Utility (RCU).  The creation of the OCS and/or OCSSEARCH schema(s) can be done in a scripted manner using the following steps. 

Example schema names (where DEV is the prefix used):
DEV_OCS: This is the primary database schema name used for WebCenter Content. 
DEV_OCSSEARCH: This is an optional schema and is ONLY installed if customer environment requires the WCC search collection to reside on a different database than the primary OCS schema. Typically, this schema is not installed.
