Question About Setting WebCenter Content: Records Disposition Cutoff Dates (Doc ID 1447978.1)

Goal

You have batch-loaded 10,000 PCM records into my URM system.
These older records all have different dates in the Record Filing Date field -- from 1994 up to 2011 -- which marks them as belonging to a different fiscal year cycle.
How do you set a cutoff date for all the records, where you read the date field value, and calculate the fiscal year end that matches the record filing date?
