Oraclejdbcconnectionpoolstatistics.Getfcfprocessinginfo Returns Empty Output (Doc ID 1448239.1)

Symptoms

OracleJDBCConnectionPoolStatistics.getFCFProcessingInfo does not give any output and returns an empty string after a node up/down event when using Universal Connection Pool 11.2.0.3.

The method should return output like the following example in :
