Prepared Identity and Policy Stores according to EDG 12035-07. WebLogic Administration Server will not start after configuring OAM/OIM cluster. Getting error message SEVERE: Ldap bootstrap credential retrieval failed. Reason:java.security.AccessControlException: access denied
