WCI Publisher (Explorer) does not work well on Internet Explorer 9, for example:

1) Log in

2) Open Publisher Explorer

3) Navigate the folder tree in the right pane

4) Observe the appearnce of the following error: HTTP Status 404 - /ptcs/
