DefaultConfigurableCacheFactory In Coherence 3.7.1 Ignores Scope-name (Doc ID 1451531.1)

Symptoms

When using Coherence 3.7.1.3 with a cache configuration that specifies a scope-name, connecting to the cache using the com.tangosol.net.CacheFactory object successfully connects to cache hosted by a service using the scope name, where as using the com.tangosol.net.DefaultConfigurableCacheFactory object appears to ignore the scope-name in the configuration.  An example cache configuration is as follows:

The ServiceName information is highlighted, and as you can see the scope name is only prefixed to the cache looked up via the CacheFactory.
