Setting dCreateDate In CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL Does Not Work With RIDC API (Doc ID 1453450.1)

Goal

Unable to pass and update dCreateDate using RIDC API while checking in a document. Is there a way to update this value or is there a configuration setting in UCM to always use current date for dCreateDate?
