Content Item Converter Failure: 'EXRunExport() failed: invalid parameter (Doc ID 1453793.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to check in a tif file, conversion fails and the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Step PDFExport forced conversion engine because of error: 'EXRunExport() failed: invalid parameter (0x000F)'.
Inbound Refinery failed to convert the content item but released it to the web by copying the native file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check in the tif file
2. Error occurs
