"Domain Creation Failed!" Error When Attempting to Configure the WebCenter Content Domain (Running config.sh) (Doc ID 1454202.1)

Symptoms

Using Content Server 11.1.1.5 on AIX

After installing WebLogic Server, and ECM 11.1.1.5, when attempting to run $ORACLE_HOME/common/bin/config.sh (from the ECM Oracle Home), following error gets displayed during the configuration step by the wizard:

Domain Creation Failed!

Domain Location:
/u01/WebLogic/user_projects/domains/ucm_domain

Reason: null
