Symptoms
Upgrade of Oracle Application Server 10g to Fusion Middleware 11g Fails and the following error is popped by the Upgrade Assistant GUI:
"The following components are configured in the source and not configured in the destination, they will not be upgraded. Oracle Business Intelligence Discoverer, Oracle Reports"
