Unable To Create Datasource with DB as Other (Doc ID 1456308.1)

Symptoms

The following issue has been reported in WebLogic Server 10.3.6. While creating a data source using the administration console, if one selects Database as "OTHER" and Driver as "OTHER" and click next, console does not show the tab to enter Database name , host and port. This does not allow the user to proceed further. If one selects any other database (e.g., Oracle), then the console works as expected.
