Goal
iPlanet Web Server 6.x on Windows 2003 with SSL configured for the HTTPS service, the web instance that is to be started will popup a dialog box asking for the SSL security password. This password is asked before the instance is started.However, somtimes this is not seen and the instance fails to start with the following errors in the server logs :
