Cannot Access ODI Operator from the ODI Studio Client 11g (Doc ID 1456451.1)

Symptoms

When trying to open the ODI Operator from ODI Studio, the operator window gets closed automatically. When again trying to open from the View - ODI Operator Navigator, the ODI GUI shows nothing opened on the screen.

There is no error message reported for this issue
