Symptoms
1. Cannot send mail from APEX using MS Exchange Server. The emails are never received and messages show up in the APEX instance mail queue with error ORA-24250: No supported authentication scheme found
2. When using the default sendmail smtp server (localhost) APEX sends emails successfully.
Changes
Configured mail to work with localhost smtp server and it works successfully.
Changed mail server to MS Exchange Server and sending mail fails with ORA-24250: No supported authentication scheme found.
