Symptoms

Why does the Webgate 11g not protecting any URLs?

Webgate was installed correctly.
Application Domain had correct policies.
Host Identifier was updated correctly with Hostname and port values.
OAM tester was showing that the resource was protected with correct Authentication Scheme.
