Last updated on APRIL 16, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition - Version 6.3 SP1 to 11.1.1.5.0 [Release 6.0 to 11gR1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ODSEE access log is limited to 1024 characters for large search filters. For example, an ldapsearch with a filter over 1024 characters would appear like this in the access log,

See how the filter has been truncated at the end.
