"Content Item is Missing" Error In Content Folios for Items (Doc ID 1459098.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add items to a Content Folio, the added items will come back with "Content Item is Missing". No other errors are seen in the system.

Steps to replicate:
1. Create a new folio
2. Add to slots to the folio
3. Save the changes to the folio
4. Exit the folio
5. Edit the folio
6. In the "Source Items" portion, do a search and bring back any item
7. Right click on the empty slot and select "Insert Select Source Item". When inserted, the above mentioned error occurs.
