Symptoms
Issue was identified in an Oracle Fusion Middleware installation for OBIEE 11g which includes a WebTier that was registered to the same OBIEE domain. Issue could occur in other FMW install types.
From Enterprise Manager 11g Fusion Middleware Control(fmwctl), the Oracle HTTP Server can not be managed correctly, as a troubleshooting step redeployment of NonJ2EEManagement application was performed to refresh the Webtier instance MBean management components. The NonJ2EEManagement application redeployment failed with errors indicating that NonJ2EEManagement deployed application is non versioned:
