/tmp File System on UCM Server Is Filling Up Periodically with Files Whose Names Start with IOC and SSS

Symptoms
The /tmp directory on the Content Server machine is filling up with files starting with IOC and SSS. The owner of these files is the user running Content Server. This happens at random times and then stops. A sample of these files are:
