Symptoms
The 'Create Web Content' option from Content Presenter is not displayed after applying Bundle Patch (BP) 4 in 11.1.1.5
This issue can be reproduced following the steps below:-
- Using <Note: 1350284.1> Tutorial: Configuring Site Studio for use with Content Presenter in Oracle WebCenter R11 (PS3/PS4) to configure Site Studio for use with Content Presenter, make sure the Create Web Content Button appears in the last screenshot in the note
- Apply BP4 <Patch 13647251>
- Restart servers, create a new Content Presenter.
- Add a Content Presenter task flow in a page, in Content Presenter configure - Content, the Create Web Content Button disappeared, If clicking Save, an Info popup shows: "Unable to save presenter configuration data". If clicking save again, create web content button appears suddenly.
