Symptoms

 When we start the SOA Server from Console its not starting (Going to State FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE). We have followed the enterprise deployment guide. The issue is when we set the coherence properties  as mentioned in section “9.4 Configuring Oracle Coherence for Deploying Composites”  we are  getting below error.
