AD Connector Fails with IntegrationException: Connector ConnectorKey not found (Doc ID 1462769.1)

Installed AD Connector and Connector Server is up and running.

When trying to run Active Directory Group Lookup Recon / Organization Lookup Recon or trying to provision AD User, the following exception is get: oracle.iam.connectors.icfcommon.exceptions.IntegrationException: Connector ConnectorKey( bundleName=ActiveDirectory.Connector bundleVersion= connectorName=Org.IdentityConnectors.ActiveDirectory.ActiveDirectoryConnector ) not found.
