OAM 11g: Webgate Will Not Initialize Due To Network File System Mount Lock Setting (Doc ID 1465082.1)

Symptoms

ACCESS_GATE   FATAL             "ObAccessClient.lst does not contain a client id."        
ACCESS_GATE   FATAL             "Exception thrown during WebGate initialization" 

Changes

 Webgate sources will be mounted from nfs share.

 Is there  one possible filesystem settings which prevent initialization of the webgate?

During initialization the ObAccessClient.xml file will be want to write its configuration obtained from access server.
