Goal

 How to create a matrix report with hyperlinks for all cells, rows, and columns which pass the corresponding (cell, row, column) values to another report?

In other words, you need to make each cell of the matrix display as a hyperlink sending the corresponding row, column or cell value to another web page (report)
as parameters.

Note: This solution or example will work only when running reports on web.
