Symptoms
General OWB functions such as Export / Import - and others are not available for Read-only user in OWB 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.2.
Performing an OWB client logging using <Note 943928.1> (How To Generate Client Side Trace In OWB 11.2) results in the following error in the log file:
