Symptoms
After the installation and setup of SOA, UCM, Webcenter or OBIEE 11g in a High Available environment following the corresponding Enterprise Deployment Guide, the status of all managed servers and Admin Server status is shown as down in the FMW Control (EM) pages even though they are up and running. The WLS Admin Console reports the status correctly as Alive at the same time.
