ORABPEL-10528 Error When Loading A Reusable Worklist Region (Doc ID 1466579.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to create an ADF application with a Reusable Worklist Region by following the instructions in the FMW SOA Developer's guide::

However loading of the jspx page stops at the spinning Oracle logo "Loading" page, the web browser indicates that  is Done and the following error appears in the log files:
