Any API to support Push Replication Synchronous Updates (Doc ID 1467464.1)

Goal

Does Push Replication have any APIs/mechanism to do "synchronous" updates between active-active or active-passive grids?

It is desired to make the entire following flow "synchronous".

Put a object to cache -> the new/updated entry is pushed to the other data center ->the other datacenter adds/updates this entry in the cache on its side
