Managed Attachments List Does Not Display and Instead You Get Error: "Unable to retrieve search results. <SomeEngineName> is not a valid search/indexer engine name." (Doc ID 1468247.1)

Symptoms

When trying to upload a document into Content server, the Siebel Managed Attachments list is blank and you get the below error message in the user interface:

"Unable to retrieve search results. <SomeEngineName> is not a valid search/indexer engine name."

In the Content Server output, you see the corresponding exception cause:

Caused By: intradoc.data.DataException: !csSearchIndexerEngineNotExist,<SomeEngineName>”.

 

Where "<SomeEngineName>" can be any value.
