Content Tracker Report Always Shows 12:00am On User Latest Access (Doc ID 1469075.1)

Symptoms

View Latest Access report as follows:

  1. Enable Content Tracker and Content Tracker Report components.
  2. Access some content, e.g. item1. View it, check it out, check back in, etc.
  3. Run a search that includes item1 in its results.
  4. Access the Content Information page for item1.
  5. Under Content actions, click View Acess History Report > "Click column result Users".
  6. The access timestamp says 12:00, regardless of the actual time the file was accessed.
